I don’t meditate.
But here’s my bad-day mantra:

I give thanks for sun:

sky:

sand:

 

sea:

birds:

flowers:

trees.

  1. Our practice sounds similar. My ‘prayers’ are based on something I once read about Balinese spiritual practice. Thoughtfully and with appreciative feeling, I thank and bless the sun, sky, water, earth and air. And lastly, Infinite Source, the energy behind and connecting all there is. We are so blessed!
